"I have become convinced that God is not very interested in the church healing the race problem. I believe it is more true that God is using race to heal the church," says author, Chris Rice. As radical as this may sound, it reflects the perspective that the unified, multiethnic church was envisioned by Christ (John 17), described by Luke (Acts 11, 13), and prescribed by Paul (Eph. 2).* 

This suggests that the largely segregated American evangelical church is not an accurate reflection of Christ's reconciling message or mission (1 Cor. 5:11-20).

Something to think about... pray about... and address, I think! Your thoughts?
