In times of transition, we would be wise to expect God is working and to learn how to align our plans and perspectives to His!

Here's a quick story of a recent "win" in the Calvary of the Pacific Church that is being served by IPM Interim Pastor Steve McCoy:
As the Intentional Interim pastor at Calvary Church of the Pacific, Aiea, HI, I learned we owed $72,000 to Cornerstone Funds for renovations done 10 years ago.  The 20-year note was scheduled to be paid off in September 2028.
After consulting with the board, they agreed to launch a capital funds campaign to eliminate the debt this year—2018.  In the month-long campaign—“Lord, What Would You Have Me Do?”—people were challenged to give over and above their normal giving.  On the closing celebration Sunday, the church family committed a total $93,063!

Are you or your church facing significant changes? Pray and seek out how God might use this time to accomplish something different and bigger than you would have previously imagined.

Your thoughts and experiences?

Better Together,
